Find my iPhone is an application that will tell you where your iPhone is in case you have misplaced it. We all know that it is human nature to forget small things like phones, car keys, cards, glasses, etc. And if the item is valuable such as car keys, or your favorite iPhone, then you have to waste a lot of time finding it. In order to use this service, you need to install the software in your iPhone first. Then you need to sign up with MobileMe to activate your software. And you are done. Now you can find your phone if you have misplaced it, or even it got stolen. Just go to MobileMe and sign in using your username and password and press find. It will show the location of your phone in a map. However, this software will only work if the phone is within the coverage of your network provider and is turned on. It is as simple as that. Previously, you needed to pay $99 a year in order to use this service. However, now it comes for free with your latest iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch with latest iOS 4.2 and later versions. So, start using Find my iPhone today, before you lose your precious iPhone.
